MUAY THAI
Muay Thai boxing is called the science of the eight limbs using hands, elbows, feet and knees for striking the opponent. Over 1000 years old, it is considered to be one of the most demanding training methods in the martial arts.
Practiced originally as military training, it is now the national sport of Thailand. With some slight modifications Muay Thai Boxing is an excellent fighting system for self-defense, giving our students conditioning and brutal striking power.

Magda Institute Grappling is a compilation of systems from: Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Indonesian Martial Arts, Malaysian Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jujitsu. The system incorporates strategies against single or multiple opponent attacks with a high emphasis on escape. Training in deferent environments and defending against various typs of weapons is also included in the system.
